As we discussed in the previous tutorial, WooCommerce allows up-sells and cross-sells to be linked with each product. Up-sells are products that you recommend in place of the product the customer has chosen. Whereas, cross-sells are complementary products that customers can use with the currently selected product. For example, when a customer is looking at a gadget, suggesting another brand’s option is an up-sell. And, suggesting accessories for the gadget will be cross-sell. Both these options can help you improve sales and revenue, if used wisely.
